Ving Tsun (Wing Chun)

Ving Tsun
Ving Tsun is a concept-based, close-quarters Southern Chinese martial art. Designed for efficient self-defense, it emphasizes economy of motion, simultaneous attack and defense, and utilizing an opponent’s force against them rather than meeting strength with strength. The spelling “Ving Tsun” is often favored by certain lineages, such as ours by way of Grandmaster Moy Yee and Grandmaster Moy Yat tracing back to the late Grandmaster Ip Man.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese mind-body practice that combines slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and meditation. Originally developed as a martial art for self-defense, it has evolved into a popular form of gentle exercise used to promote relaxation, balance, and overall physical and mental well-being.

Shaolin

Every technique is rooted in self-defense rather than aggression. The ultimate goal of Shaolin Kung Fu is self-mastery, focus, and defeating the ego.
